How do I force ReportAway! to synchronize its data with FreshBooks?
Answer
From either the main or administration screens, press the menu key and select the "Reconcile Now" menu item as shown in the screen shot below.
The setup wizard will launch and ask you to confirm the operation. Once started, the reconciliation process sequentially loads each list which is eligible for synchronization. It also pushes any pending changes from each list to FreshBooks. Please note that if you press the escape key while a list is loading you will cancel the reconcile process at that point.
