How do I configure staff members?

Staff members are configured using the "Setup Wizard". The setup wizard runs automatically during initial installation, or can be run manually from the menu of the main screen.

Staff members accessing FreshBooks from ReportAway! need their Authentication token and user name configured in the setup wizard. The wizard will use this information to authenticate the staff person with FreshBooks and retreive the staff person's unique ID from FreshBooks for use in future interactions.This information needs to be setup any time the users authentication token changes (which changes when your password changes in FreshBooks).
