Is my license tied to a specific device?
Answer
Your license is not tied to a specific device. The only constraint is that you cannot use the license on more than one device at a time.
If you purchased direct from Acire Systems and If you change devices follow this general sequence:
1. Using the BlackBerry Desktop Manager backup your old device.
2. Install ReportAway! for FreshBooks on your new device.
3. Restore your data onto the new device.
4. From within ReportAway! for FreshBooks go to the "Administration->License Administration" screen, press the menu key and select "Check Subscription".
If you purchased from BlackBerry App World please follow BlackBerry documentation for use of the "My World" feature of App World to move your license to your new device.
