ReportAway!®

Introduction

As of R1.6.0 of ReportAway! standard Edition and R2.3.0.0 of ReportAway! for FreshBooks it is possible to import phone call logs as time entries.

NOTE: If using ReportAway! for FreshBooks please ensure that the task named "Phone Call" is defined and associated with any projects you may wish to import call logs against. This should be done prior to importing any call logs.

BlackBerry Configuration

Call logging must be enabled before any calls can be configured. To enable call logging follow these steps.

1. Launch the phone application.
2. Press the menu key and select options.
3. Click on the "Call Logging" option.
4. Ensure the "All Calls" radio button is selected.

Importing a Call Log to ReportAway!

To import a call log follow these steps.

1. Launch the phone application.
2. Roll down onto the call log you wish to import.
3. Press the menu key and select "Import time to ReportAway!"
4. Enter any additional details desired into time entry editor and save.
