ReportAway!®

When you import time from either of the BlackBerry Calendar or Task applications, ReportAway! uses a default code task code (i.e. Activity in standard ReportAway) for the import. When importing from the Calendar, the task code is "Meeting". When importing from the BlackBerry Task application, the task code is "Task". If these tasks have not been pre-created, ReportAway! creates them automatically. 

With FreshBooks tasks must be associated with one or more projects. Further, when time entries are created, FreshBooks validates that the selected task is associated with the selected project. If they are not associated with one another, an error is generated. Thus, it is possible to experience errors from FreshBooks when time entries are sent from the device to FreshBooks if you have not associated these tasks with projects. 

It is recommended that you create the "Meeting" and "Task" tasks in FreshBooks and assign them to all projects.
