Create Time Entry Icon

Create activity timers to measure time worked in real time. Play, pause, stop, and edit buttons give you full control over the timer.  Timers track your time regardless of whether ReportAway is launched, your device is shut off, being restarted, or upgraded.

Create, update, and delete time entries. Time entries can be imported directly from the BlackBerry Phone, Calendar, or Task applications.

Time entries can be assigned to projects and tasks and imported as line items into invoices.

Time browser allows you to filter and summarize based upon combination of Client, Project, and task

 Mileage Calculator Mileage calculator makes it easy to enter automobile expenses. Preset your mileage rate and category as options. Enter a distance and click Calculate and an expense is generated.
Create Invoices Icon

 Create, update, delete, or send invoices via email or post. A powerful invoice editor allows you to create an invoice on your device and import time and expense entries as line items.

Invoice filters allow you to query FreshBooks for invoices by invoice status.

Apply payments against invoices. 

Invoice browser allows you to filter based upon Client.

 Estimates Create, update, delete, or send estimates via email. A powerful editor allows you to create an estimate on your device and import tasks as line items.

 Setup Wizard

 Setup wizard makes it easy to get started with ReportAway! The setup wizard uses the OAUTH protocol to ensure you can securely authorize ReportAway! to access your FreshBooks account.

The setup wizard also incorporates a function to fully reconcile all data between your BlackBerry and FreshBooks.

 

Working "offline" when there is no cellular coverage is no problem. ReportAway! ensures FreshBooks has your latest updates and also makes sure your device has the latest data set from FreshBooks.

Supported Devices

All BlackBerry models running OS4.5 and greater and less than OS7.1 excluding any models with side thumb wheels (these are much older devices) are supported. PLEASE NOTE: If you have a Storm 2 (9550) you will need to disable "compatibility mode" for ReportAway- FB on the Options->Applications screen of the BlackBerry. ReportAway is not supported on BlackBerry 10 models.
