OS 6.0 Torch 9800 Support 1 Year, 5 Months ago

We have identified an issue running on BlackBerry Torch 9800 on OS6. We have isolated the issue and will be issuing an update to address the issue before the end of August 2010. Details of the issue are below.

Problem Description
====================
Opening an invoice editor screen will fail with an IllegalArgument exception.

Cause
======
BlackBerry OS 6 UI component (ObjectChoiceField) is not fully backwards compatible with prior OS versions.

Affects
========
This issue is present on all ReportAway! for FreshBooks R2.3.0 and earlier versions when running on Torch 9800 with BlackBerry OS6.

Work Around
============
No known work around.
