ReportAway!®

Hello.

1.40 is an excellent upgrade to an excellent package. Just a couple potential feature requests for future upgrades:

#1) As a consultant I record hours spent at a customer location. I would love to be able report time by just entering the hours in the duration field instead of having to enter a start and end time. I just want to enter whole numbers for the hours. I do not care about start and end times.

#2) The new look for the browse time records is nice with more information. But, I would love to be able to see the customer name in that list at the beginning so I can see at a glance if I recorded my hours for a particular customer.

Thanks for the feedback and suggestions for improvement.

Entering Duration directly is something we've implemented in ReportAway! for FreshBooks and have plans to bring into standard ReportAway! in R2.0 of that product.

I'm a little hesitant to get rid of end time entry directly, because I have had some customers of standard ReportAway! indicate that this was a key requirement for them. I'll look at it, but I will likely set this up so the user has an option of enter time in one of two ways;
1. Precise start and end time.
OR
2. Date and duration spent on date.

I like your other suggestion of including Customer on line two of time and expense browsers. The line is getting a little tight for space, so we'll see what we can do in what we can and cannot include in it.
