Is there a way to import my Customers from Quickbooks into ReportAway?

There is no ability to import Customer from QuickBooks into ReportAway!...yet. It is high priority item in our feature roadmap.

Delivered in standard edition R1.6.0.

You can import QuickBooks "Jobs" (i.e. Customers and/or Projects) and "Items" (i.e. Activites) from an email attachment or over the web. For details on how to do this please visit How to import a QuickBooks iif File.
