Related to this issue, it would be very helpful, when recording time or entering details for timers, if the projects and customers would be linked together. This could be done if, for example, you enter the customer name first, and then when looking for the project, only those projects linked to that customer show up in the pull down list. Right now, the overall project list shows which customers they are linked to, but when entering time or details on a timer, the projects show up alphabetically with no other information; you then have to go looking for the correct project name. We have many similarly or identically named projects for different customers, so this makes the entry process a bit tedious and potentially a problem for reporting the time if you choose the wrong one.
