If you are reporting expenses, they are only supported in "csv" format regardless of the setting of the "Report Format" option. We are not aware of a method to import expenses into QuickBooks using csv format from ReportAway! .

How do you import the "expenses" then into Quickbooks?

While ReportAway! supports import of time records to QuickBooks, it does not support import of expenses into QuickBooks.
