Problem Description:

Report is not sent and shows up with a red "X" beside the report message in the email application.

Cause:
======
On some service provider networks, policies exist to prevent sending an email with attachment to an email address which also happens to be the device's default email address.

Resolution:
============
Configure the "Report Recipient" field on the "Administration->Options" screen to a valid email address other than your default BlackBerry email address.
