ReportAway!®

Wondering if there is any way to back up the reportaway database so that it will survive a device reload or device switch?

I recently upgraded my blackberry to a new version of the OS and it erases all the settings. I have done this before and I knew it was going to happen so I made sure to send all unreported activities prior to starting the upgrade.

It's just annoying to have to re-enter the registration key, all the customers and activities.

I did a complete device backup and the OS upgrade process also makes it's own complete backup but it only restores the application and not the data.

The current shipping version (R1.3.0) of ReportAway! does not have a means of backing up the database.

I agree it is annoying (and time consuming) to have to re-enter data. A backup feature is already on the ReportAway! feature roadmap but with your feedback we will be raising its priority.
