I bought a license directly off the Acire Systems site, where's my license key?

Answer

Acire Systems Inc. generates a license key following purchase and sends it via email to the end user. As much as possible, a key is sent to the end user as soon as notice of a purchase is received. However, there are some scenarios where the user needs to request the license key from within ReportAway! . Please follow these steps to request a license key.

3. Once the message has been received, Acire Systems will validate the purchase and respond with a license key and instructions for installation of the key. This normally occurs within an hour, but may take as much as half a day.

1. Launch ReportAway! and go to the Administration->License Administration screen.

2. Press the menu button and select the "Request Registration Key" and send the message generated as shown in the two screens below.

 

3. Once the message has been received, Acire Systems will validate the purchase and respond with a license key and instructions for installation of the key. This normally occurs within an hour, but may take as much as half a day.

NOTE: If you are in an area of poor cellular coverage or there is an issue in delivering your license key request, the email associated with your license key request will have an "X" beside it when viewed in the BlackBerry email message list. In this case you will need to resend that email when service has been restored.
