When you purchase a license of ReportAway! from either BlackBerry App World™ or a MobiHand on-line store, your license key gets installed automatically for you as part of order fulfillment. In these cases, when you check the "Administration->License Administration" screen your license key will be displayed along with an indication that it is a permanent key.

In very rare cases, the key installation procedures have been known to fail with online distributors. If this has happened to you, please request a key from the menu on the "Administration->License Administration" with a reference to your purchase (e.g. transaction id) and we will be happy to provide you with your key.
