Why do I get a "###Error Getting project and customer" message when reporting?
Answer
Following a request to report all entries, you get a pop up window saying "Error generating report: null###Error Getting project and customer from Journal Entry N : Some Description" . This is caused by deleting the project and/or customer after either has been assigned to a time or expense entry, but before the report has been generated. This problem only occurs if a item is deleted. This issue does not occur on edits of the project and / or customer description fields.
How to resolve this issue
Make note of the description of the time or expense entry affected. Edit the affected entry so that it has valid project and/or customer assignments.
How to avoid this issue
Report all time and expense entries prior to deleting projects and /or customers that may be referenced in them. Alternatively,
