Why are dates incorrect when I import a report?
Answer
It is important to ensure that the date format used by ReportAway! is configured to match the date format used by the computer running your accounting package. For example, QuickBooks uses the date format configured on the computer upon which it is running. On Windows XP, QuickBooks uses the short date format from the regional settings configured at Start->Settings->Control Panel->Regional and Lanaguage Options.
ReportAway! Release R1.2.1 introduced user configurable report date formats. On ReportAway!, the Report Date Format is configured at Administration->Options .
