How is colored font used to indicate record status?

As of Release 1.4.0 font color is used to indicate record status in Time and Expense browsers. Color is used as follows;
- Red - indicates a record which is "open" and not eligible for reporting
- Black - indicates a record which is "complete" and eligible for reporting
- Light Gray - indicates a record which has been reported and not eligible for reporting or editing, unless it is first reverted.
