ReportAway!®

Acire systems products log events into the BlackBerry device log to assist in supporting the product in the field. Please follow the steps below to collect logs specific to the ReportAway! family of products.

1. Go to the main BlackBerry desktop screen and while holding the "Alt" key type "lglg" (i.e. lower case "LGLG").
2. From the resulting Event Log screen, press the menu key and select "Options".
3. Set the "Min log level" to "Debug Info".
4. Navigate down to the list of check boxes then press the menu key and select "Hide all types".
5. Navigate down to any check boxes that contain the ReportAway and for each one press the menu key and select "Toggle Filter".
6. Press the menu key again and select "Save".
7. You should now see a filtered list of events for ReportAway. Assuming there are entries, press the menu key and select "Copy Days Contents". You will be prompted to select "All" or "Filtered". Select "Filtered".
8. Press the escape button until you are back at the BlackBerry main screen.
9. Compose an email and paste the events copied in step 7 into the body of the email and send the email along with a summary of the issue you may be having to support@aciresystems.com .
